do need manual data entry through Excel or Google Sheets. So how can I do that?

I tested Excel via ODBC, but it does not update in real time when I save new data in Excel. It only updates when I manually refresh the ODBC connection in Xpress.
Is this a limitation of the software, or am I doing something wrong?

I want it to update live, similar to UDT live updates through Excel or Google Sheets.
