We have observed that many design applications across the environment are experiencing unresponsiveness issues when systems are updated to the following patches:

  • August 29, 2025 — KB5064081 (OS Build 26100.5074) Preview
  • September 9, 2025 — KB5065426 (OS Build 26100.6584) Cumulative Update

However, when systems are reverted to the August 12, 2025 — KB5063878 (OS Build 26100.4946) patch, all applications function as expected without any performance issues.

At this point, we recommend remaining on the August 12 patch and skipping the September and October update, as this may be a known issue with the newer packages.
